◎简 介
影片改编自河林满原作小说，烈日炎炎的夏天，在城市供水部门工作的岩切俊作（生田斗真 饰），日复一日地走访那些拖欠水费的家庭，关闭供水。 县内开始实行供水限制，岩切这时遇到了两个独自留守家中的年幼姐妹。蒸发了的父亲，没有回来的母亲，要不要停掉这个贫困家庭的最后一条生命线——水。 尽管岩切心情矛盾，他还是遵守规则，执行了停水任务。
