呼啸而来的救护车拉来了病危的老太太，她漂亮的孙女奥利卡（安东尼娅 桑提利 Antonia Santilli 饰）匆忙赶来医院，老太太去世前告诉孙女一个天大的秘密，多年前一箱珠宝埋在俄罗斯。却被在病房里等妻子生孩子的玛比奥索（塔诺·希玛罗萨 Tano Cimarosa 饰），开救护车的司机安东尼奥（阿利耶罗·隆歇热 Alighiero Noschese 饰）和比杰瑞（尼纳托·达沃力 Ninetto Davoli 饰），断了腿的瘸子和医生都听到了。于是，都坐上了去俄罗斯旅游的飞机展开了寻宝之旅。在飞机上他们不期而遇，玛比奥索把医生的护照偷拿了出来塞进马桶里，不料护照却飘出了窗外贴在窗户上，情急之下他用双脚踹烂玻璃，失去密封的飞机失控了他卡在了窗户中。帅气的导游瓦西列夫（安德雷·米罗诺夫 Andrei Mironov 饰）来接他们，大伙分头行动，上演了滑稽好笑的故事。医生没护照只好在飞机上飞来飞去，导游和两个救护车司机一路飙车紧追奥利卡。瓦西列夫和奥利卡在寻宝过程中互生好感，奥利卡却意外得知他是文物局派来的警察......
