◎简 介
关玉明（成龙 饰）和女儿小凡（梁佩诗 饰）在英国伦敦过着相依为命的日子。关玉明经营着一间小小的餐馆，老老实实的靠着辛勤劳作养活家庭，从未有过想要僭越法律或是道德的念头。然而，上天并不眷顾这个善良的男人，在一场恐怖袭击中，小凡不幸成为了受害者之一。 让关玉明无法接受的除了女儿的死之外，还有英国政府对此次事件的轻视和不作为。政府高官莱姆（皮尔斯·布鲁斯南 Pierce Brosnan 饰）出现在了关玉明的视野之中，他坚信莱姆和恐怖组织以及事件的真相有着不可分割的联系。既然法律和正义无法还关玉明一个公道，关玉明决定用自己的力量来为女儿复仇。
