◎简 介
近畿一円の建設事業を一手に扱う野村組の建材を請け負う木屋辰二代目の江本親分が暴漢に襲われる。これは、木屋辰を潰しにかかろうとする同業者である星野の企みだった。これを手始めに次々と嫌がらせを重ねられるが、二代目の言葉通り任侠の耐える道を選ぶ浅次郎。二代目が亡くなり、三代目を襲名することとなる浅次郎。その襲名の裏には二代目の実子である春夫を堅気にする目論見があったのだった。三代目襲名式を無事終え、星野組に出向き、堅気になった春夫から手を引くよう仁義を切る浅次郎。そして、初の大仕事で大阪を不在にしている間に、春夫らが星野組の手にかかり、命を落とすこととなってしまう。急ぎ帰阪した浅次郎は、二代目から授かったドスを握り締め、単身星野組へと躍り込むのだった…。（Ｃ）東映
