杰夫（库尔特·拉塞尔 Kurt Russell 饰）和艾米（凯瑟琳·奎南 Kathleen Quinlan 饰）是一对夫妻，在一次长途旅行之中，两人驾驶的车辆在荒郊野岭里抛锚了。正当两人急得焦头烂额之际，一个名叫瑞德（J·T·沃尔什 J.T.
