◎简 介
在鬼娃系列的第四集中，恰奇和女友蒂芬妮再续前情，一起开始了寻找附体人的旅程。但半路上蒂芬妮也鬼使神差地成了活木偶，这下她和恰奇可成了天造地设的一对佳偶，两人甚至还在汽车旅馆内大肆嘿咻，结果正在他们再次遭到正义的惩罚时，暗结珠胎的蒂芬妮产下了“鬼仔”，从此为续集打下了一个不伦不类的伏笔。
现在恐怖的玩偶杀手恰奇又回来了，继续这个恐怖喜剧系列的第五部，导演正是鬼娃之父唐·曼西尼，他曾经全程参与五部电影的拍摄。在这一集中，恰奇(布莱德·多利夫配音)和蒂芬妮(珍妮佛·提利配音)已经寿终正寝，小木偶儿子格伦(比利·鲍伊配音)就孤苦伶仃，饱受无依无靠的痛苦生活。
正在这时，好莱坞电影公司准备拍摄一部恐怖片，将格伦父母的连环杀人故事搬上大银幕。格伦得知这个消息后欣喜若狂，急忙踏上万里寻亲之路。他误打误撞找到了片场的木偶，便利用随身携带的护身符，把父母的邪灵从地狱又召唤回来。恰奇怎么也不愿相信自己的儿子竟然没有子承父业，而追星族蒂芬妮怎么也不敢相信他们的电影由大明星珍妮佛出演。
为了把格伦训练成合格的杀人狂，也为了一睹大明星珍妮佛的芳颜，恰奇一家再次开始了寻欢作乐的杀人之旅，把好莱坞闹了个天翻地覆……
