◎简　　介
　　　　民初女画家潘玉良的传奇一生。潘玉良原是江南的妓女出身,对绘画独有天分，却无人赏识。一次机缘让她认识了芜湖海关盐业总监潘赞化（尔东升饰），随即被纳为妾。她随潘赞化到了上海,因为见她喜欢绘画，潘赞化介绍了专业老师让她学习，从此开始了学画的学生生活。其后由于潘赞化的正室的介入让原本感情很好的二人渐渐产生了矛盾。她于是留学巴黎,渐渐成为国际著名的画家。上海美术学院校长刘海粟观念开明,请她回国任教,不料学风开放的欧洲与国内艺术界的情形大相径庭。一心为艺术的潘玉良被保守的知识分子们指责为“妓女艺术家”，抨击与阻碍她教授的人体画艺术......
