◎简 介
16世纪初，朝鲜王朝进入了臭名昭著的燕山君（金康宇 饰）时代。燕山君刚愎自用，残暴无常，在奸臣父子任士洪（千浩振 饰）和任崇载（朱智勋 饰）的协助下，发动了“甲子士祸”，一举扫清了朝野对他的执正之言。在此之后，王朝内外再也无人敢于直谏暴君，而任氏父子则趁机做大，收编党羽，权倾朝野。为了满足无穷无止的欲望，燕山君任命任氏父子为采红使，命他们在全国上下寻找适龄美女进贡昏君。既能巩固权力，又能打击燕山君宠爱的张绿水（车智妍 饰），父子二人对此任务乐此不疲，并亲自挑选了名妓丹熙（林智妍 饰）入宫。 权利与阴谋，爱情与欲望，交织在历史的车轮之中……
