◎简 介
在风景如画的桂林，两户人家隔河相望，一家是武当嫡传的鲍笙凤（于承惠 饰），鲍家一连八个，皆为女儿，致武当剑法有失传之虞，鲍笙凤整日愁眉不展，更对对岸的少林一家怒目相视。十年前，少林弟子天龙（于海 饰）、二龙从强盗秃鹰（计春华 饰）一伙手中救下八名孤儿，师兄弟将八个干儿子辛苦养大，自己的终身大事却一拖再拖，两人属意鲍家大凤、二凤（丁岚 饰）多时，无奈鲍笙凤视少林为敌，定下十头牛换一门亲的苛刻条件。三龙（李连杰 饰）与七个兄弟为成全干爹和二叔，不舍不弃使出连番妙计，同时与三凤（黄秋燕 饰）在长期的对峙中互生了情意……另一方面，不甘十年前受创的秃鹰一伙派出奸细，试图进一步挑拨龙、凤两家关系，三龙为父为己的求婚之路，顿时荆棘密布……
