◎简　　介
　　　　香港高级警司罗聪天因触犯贪污条例而逃往美国，他的儿子罗宾在香港拿到了黑帮名册，前往美国希望将名册交给父亲，以洗清他的贪污罪名。然而，黑帮杀手亚健和小文一直在追踪他们。与此同时，一个名为摧花狂魔魔鬼鱼在美国肆虐，残害年轻女性。在这些事件中，罗宾的弟弟米高和街头女霸王大姐大的妹妹都遇害了。罗宾和大姐大发誓要揪出凶手。亚健和小文与美国黑帮勾结，暗杀了罗聪天，但却未找到名册。罗宾追查魔鬼鱼的行踪时又遭到亚健团队的追杀。在生死存亡的紧要关头，他遇到了聪天的义女珊珊。得知名册被她保存，罗宾和大姐大在警方的帮助下成功消灭了魔鬼鱼，同时亚健一伙也被绳之以法。最终，罗宾拿着名册，独自踏上新的旅程。
